Great value for money, the room wasnice and neat with comfy beds. The location was excellent, easy to find and close to the motorway. The staff at reception were friendly and spoke excellent English, providing helpful recommendations for local food and attractions. The bus stop right outside the hotel made it convenient to explore the city.
Breakfast selection could be improved with more variety.

The location was perfect, just a short distance from the motorway, making it easy to find. the hotel was extremely clean and tidy, making it feel welcoming. the complimentary parking was a great bonus, meaning we didn't have to worry about finding a spot on the street.
the check-in process was slightly complicated.

Great location close to the city and easy to access the main sights. Good shower and comfortable bed. Free parking was also a plus.
No staff around when we needed help, they only worked for a few hours. The automated system did not work as we expected and we had difficulty checking-in.

This hotel is well-placed for those who prefer to avoid the city. It's conveniently located just off the highway, meaning you can hit the road with ease. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with a modern touch, and the parking is free. Even better, there's a bus stop just up the road, making it easy to access the center of town.
The automatic entry system can be a hassle if you arrive outside the small reception hours, and the perfumed air circulates the room all night long, which can be unpleasant for those with allergies.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location just off the highway was very convenient for me. The free parking was a great bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful, and some of them spoke excellent English. The hotel was very clean and tidy.

Convenient location for visiting Pamplona without a car. Easy access to the city via the nearby bus stop. the hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable.
Terrible customer service experience. the hotel did not respond to my attempts to contact them for a password for late check-in.
